All content (Articles, blogs, image galleries, static pages) created within the Vortal CMS is scanned by OpenCalais for semantic meta data and displayed on the client’s website as clickable tags linking to other related stories.
Additionally, the meta data is used to dynamically create image galleries (based on common tags) and content groups. Users can also use the OpenCalais metadata to contextually target their advertisements whenever a specific tag is associated with a piece of content.
